Don't trash the dregs of your potato chip bags. When you get a selection of different kinds of chips, pulverize them into crumbs and use them to bread meat, fish or vegetables. Also could be a good filler for meat loaf or burger patties or topping for a casserole dish. I store mine in a large covered container in the refrigerator. Use a variety of chips like potato chips, fritos, barbecued chips , sour cream and chives. or whatever taste of chips you prefer. The more the better. It is impossible to replicate the taste you achieve with any other seasoning.
